We got to meet and get to know our kindergarten reading buddies in Mrs. Melevsky's classroom! Next week we will start reading together.
We've started our HOW TO writing unit! This week we've worked on brainstorming a good topic, drawing teaching pictures, writing each step, and using transition words.
In readers workshop, we've been working hard on retelling the important parts of our books each time we finish reading. This is a great skill for students to practice at home, too!
