This week we learned all about the importance of voting! Rowe School students even got to cast a ballot for the next piece of play equipment to be installed on our playground!
Students have been completing missions from the Super Secret Detective Agency in an effort to become true word detectives. This week they finally earned their badges!
We've started a new writing unit: Informational Texts. Ask your child what he/she is an expert on to help generate some topic ideas for writers workshop.
In math this week we've explored part-part-total diagrams, writing number stories, and counting large quantities of objects.
Rowe School's annual food drive is under way! The Snowy Owls have a goal of collecting 50 food items by November 19th! If you are able to donate, feel free to send in non-perishable items in your child's backpack, or leave them with Amanda in the office. Thank you!
